Check-in poor, stay was ok.
Positive: The property was fine. Nice, new and clean.
Negative: The check in process was very poor. I was sent an email which asked me to make a damage deposit into a direct bank account and then email a photo of my ID. The Bookings.com website explicitly advises not to do this. So it was very confusing and felt like a scam which raised the anxiety levels.
