Extra booking Admin required Negative: Took a bit of figuring out - when booking I hadn't realised I'd need to pay a bond and send ID through all before collecting the key from a separate location. My internet was spotty and phone charge also unreliable. It was a last-minute booking as I was driving - so this wasn't ideal. I was worried I wouldn't get it figured out.

Have to give property company $300 deposit. Must have Escspe room skills to get in. Positive: The location. The facilities and cleanliness. Negative: We had to sign up to a PayPal type service and send in a $300 deposit before getting information for the key which was not explained prior to booking. We didn't have solid internet and were outside the place (cold from surfing) trying to figure out the reverse escape room. We had to upload our ID to a property company. Then drive on the other side of the bridge to find the lock box using photos. Had to pull the lock hard once we had code so we thought we had the wrong box. The picture were in Dropbox so we had more internet issues trying to zoom into the photos that were sent to find our space 6 floors down. So we drove back to the place and had to keep communicating with the property company. They were responsive luckily. Once we got in, thought we'd go use the hottub (main reason) and there were no towels only 3 bath towels. Checkout was 10am which is early and then it was a race to get the keys in the mail room drop by 10am. We got them in at 10:03am but stressful thinking they would keep our deposit Then the emailed photo wasnt arriving even though I had a copy in my semt folder. Had to keep checking and then send from another email. I was over it. Hotels are so much simpler. Would not recommend unless you have solid internet and are used to "Lockbox" accommodation. Very stressful. Also our kudos had to use the toilet so every second seemed like a minute. I think it took us an hour to finally get in from the time we originally pulled up. Also the AC wasnt working so we had to open windows. Only 5 floors up so we heard birds and cars/trucks all night.
