Fantastic Location, Clean & Comfy but read the fine print re the security deposit requirement. Positive: Location fantastic, so convenient to Indro shopping centre & public transport. Extremely clean & comfortable, nice to have a small backyard to listen to birds & see some green grass & trees. Self checkin nice & easy, just follow the emailed instructions. Great communication from the Staff that manage this unit, we initially had some hiccups but these were sorted very fast & communicated well. Negative: Important Note: Read the fine print at the bottom of the booking page, there is a security deposit that must be paid. Scam fear arrises if you are not aware of the process (It did with me, as I had not read it) as booking.com will send emails advising not to make any further payments or share information directly, but the unit management requires that you do follow their process, so conflicting emails arrive. I was unable to get anyone from booking.com (apart from AI) to speak with for confirmation. However, it was all sorted in the end directly with the unit management team, not booking.com. Also just a small thing, the TV is internet based only.
