They invod Positive: Scape from this property is a scam Negative: They are scammers, they ask for a deposit to later discount money from it in a very dodgy way. They do not respect the privacy, they were always around the property looking through the window paying attention to what we were doing, we did not break anything in the houses, they claim we did a dent in the kitchen bench, he did not, but even if we did, they discounted almost 250$ for a repair of a very minimal dent, that we did not even do

Lovely home, had everything we needed. Perfect location for our stay to see sites and family. Positive: The property was in a great location, close to the freeway, shops close by, quiet neighbourhood, easy access to both Brisbane and Gold Coast. Negative: Overall happy with our stay! It would have been great to have a heads up there would be tradesman working on the garage conversion as there were boxes, equipment, smoking and noise from power tools when we arrived. The gate was also not on the pool (wouldve been lovely to have been allowed to use the pool also!) Other than that, great home for our family.
