Cheap, scammers chasing easy money
Negative: The worst hosts and overall bad experience.
1. Check-in is awful, keys are chained to a fence a block away, when walking around with luggage at night, you have to cross a very busy road or walk a whole block to get to the right building.
2. Water pressure was non-existent - good luck washing your hair ladies!
3. Gym hours aren't listed, and they only open from 6am, but staff had no idea why my key wasn't working when I attempted to use the facilities
4. Second bed is terrible, it's a foam mattress on a daybed
5. Cleanliness wasn't great, I had to wash dishes to use them
6. Was charged an extra $200 for a second key, this is a 2 bedroom, i am sure that many people need 2 keys, i then had to go back down to the dodgy fence in the dark to get that key
7. Your bed is directly on top of the train line, so you wont get much sleep, trains run all night
7. Upon checkout, they sent images of the uncleaned towels to try and charge for "dirty towels and furniture" . They did not attempt to properly wash off a tiny bit of makeup & retained the security payment. The couch was used once, as we had commitments every night, but we also marked the couch. As i don't have images of the couch when I checked in, there is no way for me to prove this was already marked. This seems to be a scam they run with many guests. $150 charge for "towels & couch clean" which we did not use. When i originally asked for images and they had deleted meta data. This alone felt very deliberate. Charging $150 for washing of linen and wiping a couch which was probably already marked is ludicrous. They don't want to maintain their own property, and use a professional laundry service, so they charge guests instead.
I have stayed in other rooms/apartments in this building with no issues - if you see "Yorke" as the management company, I highly recommend finding somewhere else to stay!

Felt very disappointed with the quality, cleanliness, and management of the appartment.
Positive: Very little. Kitchen was well equipped.
Negative: Did not appreciate being forced to engage with a third party website (against booking.com policy) to pay an additional $300 security deposit OR have our stay cancelled with no refund.
This is a foreign run con.
They made accusations of damage and refused to return our deposit. We left the property cleaner than we arrived and they allege we stained one sheet and charged us $100 to replace a sheet. Which was only of Kmart quality. They refused to provide evidence and refused to provide an invoice for cost incurred. Simply retained our money. Whats worst is the sheet was stained upon arrival and stupidly because i didn’t want to cause a fuss, i said nothing.
Furthermore, we also did not appreciate the quality of the lumpy bed, the torn and stained bath towels, the dust and dirt all around the unit, the left over junk from previous guests (baby blanket and razor), and the long black hair accumulated on the balcony, floor and under dining table.

Positive: Location was good, beds comfortable. Property was as pictured. Bathrooms clean and well stocked.
Negative: Picking up keys was from a lockbox a decent walk down the road across a busy road.
Owners required $300 damage deposit booking through a third party, and also a copy of my ID which I did not see mentioned anywhere before making the non-refundable booking.
Quite a long list of requirements including removing all of our rubbish from the place.

Positive: Perfect location — just cross the bridge and you're in the city center.
The walk along the river is very pleasant.
The apartment is well laid out and practical.
Negative: The information was not up to date: the code provided was incorrect, as was the parking space number.
The view of the train tracks is not great, but for one night, it’s acceptable.
