Last Min Booking Delight Positive: Such an awesome last min find, spectacular views, clean, check in - check out so effortless. I've stayed at another apartment at QW and the design of this apartment was so much more appealing and the balcony with a cute little seating place to enjoy the morning coffee just loved it.

The apartment is best for a single or couple stay with handy city location and nice building amenities. Positive: Great view, good amenities like the pool and sauna, handy location to CBD, gardens and southbank. Negative: Would have preferred more value for money in the apartment, e.g more toilet paper and towels, fitted sheet for the couch/bed, kitchen staples like breakfast spreads. Although there were pests (didn’t like) the property manager handled that as quickly and appropriately as possible (did like).

Positive: Location is good for walking around the Botanical Gardens and Southbank across the river. Also has amazing views and the balcony a definite bonus. Negative: Only huge negative are the buildings lifts. There are 3 but can get very busy and often delays. At checkout in such a large building we had delays of over 20 minutes waiting for a lift and ended up walking down 43 levels using the fire escape stairs. We saw people stopping in a full lift at our floor simply going up and down but never getting to the bottom. We met 5 other room occupants in the stairwell forced to do the same. Unable to get out using an intercom system at locked doors near the bottom due to completely incompetent building staff. Eventually found our way out after 45 minutes.

Positive: The view

Other than the keys the stay was excellent. Positive: Did not have breakfast. The property had an amazing view and was clean and comfortable. Everything in the building was new and modern and location to the centre of the city and Botanical Gardens was easily within walking distance. Enjoyed the stay. Negative: Only one set of keys to access the building and apartment. This made it a little difficult when may partner and i had different meetings and went in different directions.
