Stylish Riverfront 2Bed Apt w/ Pool | Queens Wharf

Positive: Location is good for walking around the Botanical Gardens and Southbank across the river. Also has amazing views and the balcony a definite bonus. Negative: Only huge negative are the buildings lifts. There are 3 but can get very busy and often delays. At checkout in such a large building we had delays of over 20 minutes waiting for a lift and ended up walking down 43 levels using the fire escape stairs. We saw people stopping in a full lift at our floor simply going up and down but never getting to the bottom. We met 5 other room occupants in the stairwell forced to do the same. Unable to get out using an intercom system at locked doors near the bottom due to completely incompetent building staff. Eventually found our way out after 45 minutes.

Positive: The view

Other than the keys the stay was excellent. Positive: Did not have breakfast. The property had an amazing view and was clean and comfortable. Everything in the building was new and modern and location to the centre of the city and Botanical Gardens was easily within walking distance. Enjoyed the stay. Negative: Only one set of keys to access the building and apartment. This made it a little difficult when may partner and i had different meetings and went in different directions.

Positive: Location & Facilities Apartment had a lovely view and everything we needed. Good communication from the owner Negative: Advertised as 2 bedroom apartment but was 1 bedroom and sofa bed in lounge. Very bright in the morning, blinds need to be changed as impossible to have a sleep in especially in lounge. The bedroom blinds are a little better. Had to pick up key offside but it wasn't far from the apartment.

Great place to stay, central to everything, great views. Would definitely recommended it. Positive: Location was fabulous. Close to transport. Place was extremely clean. Great views. Negative: I suggest that the owners have a guide to how things work in the apartment, online with pictures doesn't really work well, particularly when using your phone. Things like a list of of how to work the sofa bed, where the extra linen for the sofa bed was stored, how to work the airconditioner. Also tried to work the dryer and washing machine and gave up on that. Also one sheet for the sofa bed is not enough, it was too hot to have a blanket that was provided.
