Skyline Serenity Central Stay

Not impressed! Negative: Key should be in an easier collection location. Only one set of keys not helpful. Too many unnecessary rules by host - you feel you not in a hotel/home but military regime! No microwave, no proper complimentary tea/coffee. No milk or sugar. No gesture from host to show - guest is welcome - rather too many notices about what not to do & if not checked out by 10am- penalties apply & bond will be kept. Guests don’t need this type of stress during their short stay! Treat your guests with more maturity - rather than as errant kids. Won’t be returning to this one!!!

Strongly do not recommend. Positive: I liked the view from the Queens Wharf Residences. Negative: Terrible check in experience, waited out the front of an ezy mart with all our luggage until 2 hour and 15 minutes after check in time because the cleaner was apparently behind. Had to call 3 times to ask what was going on and was told each time someone would call straight back and no one did. Finally got to our room at 4.30, changed and went to the pool which was freezing so opted to use hot tubs… they were empty which I have now also read in other reviews yet this property is still advertising them as if they are available. The room was not clean as per photos and when I raised the many concerns with the property I was offered $40 if I wrote a positive review about my experience. Unfortunately I have absolutely nothing positive to report and would much rather people know how bad this place is so they can spend their money elsewhere. Important to note, going up to the skydeck is free and beautiful at sunset, stay literally anywhere else and visit the skydeck for the view. Everyone we spoke to at Queens Wharf was equally disappointed in their experience, especially after spending so much money. Ps the ezymart where they drop the keys off smells like a dump, must be rubbish collected nearby. It is not a nice place to wait for hours to check into a ‘luxury’ hotel.
