Positive: The room and the whole apartment were amazingly clean and comfortable also provided everything needed for the stay. Negative: one thing that needs to be improved was the oven in the sharing kitchen which was turned on and wasn’t working at all and also the parking lot wasn’t bing enough to fit 2 cars

Good quite locality at a reasonable price. Positive: The property is modern with keyless entry. The apartment consists of a lounge, a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a separate shower room. The kitchenette includes a two-burner hotplate, microwave and a large fridge. The air conditioner is in the bedroom. However, ceiling fans in both the bedroom and lounge redistribute the heat to maintain a comfortable temperature. The supplied crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are adequate. The WiFi is free and worked well. CCTV monitors the shared space for the complex and includes a stove and oven, as well as free washing machines and dryers. The property is within a short driving distance of supermarkets. Negative: The bedroom only has a bedside table and a power point on one side of the bed. The bedside table is positioned so that it blocks the wardrobe shelving. Parking is on the street. The website states that "photo identification and credit card upon check-in", which is not totally accurate, as photo identification and a credit card are required when you pay an AU$300 damage deposit days before check-in. I suggest that, on arrival, you check for blemishes and damage and document it with time-stamped photographs, in case you are accused of causing the damage after your departure.

Never Again Positive: Cleanliness Negative: A second damage deposit was deducted AFTER receiving refund forcing the cancellation of card I was directed to take it up with my bank the check in process was confusing and stressful to say the least
