Ok once we got in Positive: Nice clean place in a nice neighbourhood Negative: Check in was a nightmare trying to send a clear enough picture of my Id was difficult

I would NOT recommend staying at this property! Positive: Nothing. Negative: cockroachs in the fridge,bed, on the floor, in the hallway. It was very disgusting. very unhappy with this property. Microwave was disgusting not cleaned

Negative: After a long day, I booked the accommodation while in a hurry, just an hour before I checked-in. I have used booking.com so many times and never did I experience having to pay $300 for a damage deposit. Optus was having issues and connectivity was poor. By the time I arrived, It was dark, I was in an area where I was not familiar of. Arrived at the accommodation only to be told I need to pay $300 for a damage deposit for me to access the property. I've read somewhere booking needs to be done a day before check-in yet the system allowed me. When I reason why they should refund my payment, the answer was no. There was no regard for the hassle I went through and to think I had nowhere to sleep. So I could say, this place was only after the money I paid. Think twice before booking this place! Lesson learned!

Met my needs for temporary accommodation while.moving house. Clean, quiet. New. Positive: Newly built. Near to work. Easy to enter and leave with keyless entry. Comfortable bed. Good size fridge. Big shower. Very quiet. Negative: German cockroaches in the kitchen and a dead giant cockroach next to the fridge. Fairly expensive for the location.

Positive: Same great service Negative: Felt the room had been well used and was a little tired. I had to put washing machine sliding doors back on their tracks.....all good though, I like things to be good for others as well as myself
