Expected a little bit more.
Positive: Location was suitable for us.
Negative: The floors were dirty and sticky. The kids ended up with black feet from walking on the floor. The carpet needs a deep clean.
There were no dish cloths and not enough face washers for the size of the group. One tea towel doesn't go far.
I would recommend including some plastic or non breakable dishes and cups for children. Luckily, we had our own.
The iron left black marks on our clothes!
We were not able to use the recycling bin as it was already overflowing when we arrived.
Linen was thin and pillows were uncomfortable.
