Gold Coast Oasis Villa at Coomera

Positive: they were very accomadating at such short notice and we had great communication

Great location! But for the price you would expect more. Positive: Convenient location and nice clean house. Negative: TV room had no tv (just a bracket on the wall). From memory the main bedroom was the same. There was no dryer for drying clothes and we were there while it was raining (our clothes took so long to dry). The oven didn’t seem to work (this could have been user error). There were no toiletries provided, such as shampoo or body wash (as provided with most accom). Wifi password was difficult to find and no signs or info about the wifi provided at the house.

Great location. Exactly what we needed. Positive: Location was great. Very close to Coomera Indoor Sports Complex and shops. Negative: Would have been easier if there was a remote for the roller door

Clean, spacious and close to theme parks. Positive: Was situated in a great place, close to theme parks and nice and quiet. Was very clean in presentation and suited our family configuration. Negative: Internet! Had to contact booking.com about internet not working. Someone came to fix it on day 2 but it was still hopeless throughout our stay. Had to connect our computer and hotspot to watch movies. Minimal supplies provided for our 8 days stay and was advertised that these were supplied. 6 people for 8 days and only 4 toilet rolls, 2 small bars of soap, 2 mini shampoo and conditioners, 3 dish washing tablets.

It was all that I needed except for the garage issues. Positive: Large clean comfortable house to stay in Negative: Garage access . No remote so had to get out in the rain and open house then open garage then go back get in car and drive into garage . Also did not feel safe doing this at night with a baby .
