Panorama Penthouse on the River 3BD

Great views and location. Positive: Great location. Negative: How long the lifts took. Only having one key.

Terrible Positive: The only good thing was the view Negative: Started from where we had to collect the key, from… a key safe attached to a random fence in an unsafe area next a homeless persons bed. Booked this apartment due to it stating it had 5 beds for 5 adults - this was not the case. 2 bedrooms had kids bunk beds with a sign saying not weight rated for 60kgs! One bedroom was not even a bedroom, it was like a cupboard with a bunk bed that you couldn’t even walk past without turning sideways… Dirty bathroom, with the shower screen needing replacement! Bed Linen didn’t fit Beds properly and towels should have been thrown out 100 washes ago! Very disappointing for the cost!

I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. Positive: The view is the only highlight of this property. It is indeed stunning. Negative: The hosts are dishonest and tried to extort us for our $300 bond. The building is surrounded by homeless people squatting. Every night we were harassed for change at the entrance steps to the building. The linen is stained which the hosts tried to blame us for. This is not a 3 bedroom as advertised. No wardrobe or window in the converted “3rd bedroom” they use towels as mattress protectors. There is no mop, bucket or clothes rack for cleaning or washing clothes. Not all clothes can be tumble dried. Picking up keys and gaining access was not straight forward and you have to walk a block further and across a blocked causeway to a lock box attached to a fence.

Positive: Best in Brisbane by far
