Oceanfront Serenity 2Beds Ocean view Apt

Room was clean and fresh. Views breathtaking. Bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in Positive: LOVE LOVE LOVE IT !!! The instructions had been clear as to where to collect the keys (lock box) finding the lockbox proved to be a challenge. The store it was located at had maybe 100 lock boxes. I would stay here again and a matter of fact looking at booking for next month if time allows for another weekend away. The room and views and comfort 10/10 communication 10/10 Negative: LOVED EVERYTHING !!!! The location of the store was around the corner behind the building. There really wasn't anything i didn't like about the location of the property keys really, only the length of time it took me to locate the lock box for that apartment. They may need to be labeled clearly. just a thought. My mistake I didn't open the link that was sent which had an image of the lock box. Other wise this would have been a simple task. 2 indoor pools - i prefer outdoor pools. 1 outdoor pool - full of kids-I needed quite time so i didnt swim. but this is no fault of the hosts. I would stay here again and again.

Great location. Great apartment. Would gladly stay here again. Positive: The location was great. Negative: Didn't have parking.

Exceeded our expectations and the views were superb. Positive: The view was superb and the apartment was excellent. The facilities were all inclusive and the kitchen and laundry were perfect. Negative: Blackout blinds in tracks would have completed the experience. It is so light on the Gold Coast so you are up when the sun rises!!

Great location, views and convenient walk to where most of the action is. Positive: Excellent location, great views. Negative: Lack of a Vaccum cleaner on a 8 day stay with 2 young kids was not ideal. Getting the keys was a faff. We got locked out once(locked the key inside) and immediately rang the property managers. Had to wait 6 hours to get back in the property. Ended up paying $200Aus bond for a spare key just to unlock the door. All refunded in the end but wasn’t an ideal experience.
