Fine Positive: The location was very good Negative: I didnt find out until the afternoon of arrival by email when i was already flying over, the details of how to access the appt. I had been sent a pin number a few days before so i thought i used this but no and i dont know what that pin was even for. So as i hadnt accessed my emails why would i? I had no idea how to get into the appt. I eventually sorted it out and had to go down the road to get the key. Luckily im able bodied but it would have been difficult if i wasnt. I have found this before with Booking.com its always a drama getting into the accomodation with other sites its much easier.

Would come again Positive: Arrived for 2 nights stay with elderly parents and young children. Check in was easy enough despite what other people have said. EZY mart was literally 1 min walk away. Instructions sent via booking.com and got key easily. Apartment was nice, 2 good sized bedrooms and one study made into bedroom 3. This small room was fine for my son who's 12 but the bed was the hardest mattress I've ever felt. Would not be ok for an adult. The view was amazing, air con and heating worked well but as it's a unit felt like a nice temp most of the time. 2 bedrooms had very comfortable beds. Bathrooms nice with one main which had a bath (not jacuzzi like it said) and shower in bath and other ensuitr with large walk in shower. Both had plenty of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hand soap provided. We only had one towel each which is reasonable to get but with using pool I wished we had more so if I came back I would bring my own pool towels. Basics such as oil, salt, pepper in pantry. Big plus was the heated pool for the kids. I expected it to be heated for swimming temp but it was so lovely. Kids spent hours in there which was amazing at this time of year being able to swim. Nice area at the pool and gym too. Deposit of $300 was swiftly put back into account of day of departure. Negative: There was no vacuum or brush for the kitchen. There also is a carpet which has some stains but that's to be expected with a carpeted place. There was a huge stain on mattress protector which really should have been changed. Found it when the striped beds at end of stay. We could have done with another key as the lifts depends on it. So ask for it at beginning of stay as they said they will give you one. As said before 3rd bedroom a single bed with a very very hard mattress. Seating only for 3 adults so if you had 5 adults it would be squished.

Would never use this venue again! Positive: Nothing, the process was so difficult that I gave up after over an hour and that was the venue trying to assist me, I called the contact number for help, no answer. I paid for my room twice, thanks for nothing! Negative: The venue is now lying about contact, no empathy whatsover, the venue advised that this happens all the time and that the process is just wrong. I had to pay for another room because contact was not available.

Overal was alright, clean room, etc just a few things had to work out Positive: Was nice and high Negative: Windows little dirty, no visitor book so had no idea where go to get food etc , had limited access facilities, one pool only not top pool as can be see in photos, had no clue where the facilities where as no information pack , no extra blankets ,
