Management co withholding deposit is very disappointing, as well as parking/check-in info Positive: We have enjoyed our stay. Clean apartment, awesome location and view, huge comfortable Kingsize beds. Free parking spot is amazing, although parking is hard to find, see negative comments. Negative: - We had to transfer $300 deposit beforehand. We notified them of a loose toilet flush button during our stay, included a photo to assist. Now they are withholding the deposit, to have a professional technician look at the CAUSE of this wear-and-tear thing. I have spent hours messaging, emailing and calling, still no deposit 4 days after check out date! Absurd. Photo of button attached. - Not too many utensils etc in kitchen. So if you will be cooking something specific, make sure you bring your own stuff. - Don't expect a huge second bedroom, it just has a King bed and that's it. - Parking was horrible, as well as checking in-procedure. - Bring your own pool towel, not provided in the apartment or the pool area. - Ask prior to your stay to receive TWO sets of keys/fobs as you can't leave the room/go to pool or smoke outside without leaving the other person stuck in the apartment. - NOTE: you will receive check-in and parking info (in files) prior to your stay, incl. images of where/what/how. These files and images etc are super, but not complete. So the sequence of doing this is important: FIRST check-in via the bike rack lock thing (hard to find a spot where to temporarily put your car when doing that, we just went to the entrance of the W hotel/entrance of the parking!), then go park your car. I thought to park first, then check in, as I needed to leave my car somewhere. WRONG. - The parking garage is located at the entrance of the W. It might be a Wilson's garage, but you don't see that when you arrive. As there is another Wilson's parking garage just before the W, easy to be mistaken. - When you exit the P garage during or after your stay, you need to take the exit on level 5. NOT follow the signs 'exit', you end up on level 2 - where your fob doesn't work - and even the concierges at The One have no clue.

Perfect hotel for all type of vacations, if it’s just; trip with the girls, hanging with friends or just some family get Positive: My honest review, the views were amazing right out onto the river. Great location and an exceptional property. The cleanliness 10/10, just everything a 10/10. Negative: That’s shouldn’t be a question, everything was exceptional. I can’t pick something that was out of place or just ultimately “bad”.
