Positive: Location Negative: Mattresses were uncomfortable, low water pressure, fridge/freezer not clearly known, no lounge cushions, balcony furniture = lack lustre/falling apart, main bedroom needs additional window coverings as the sun streams in very early.

Positive: Easy communication with the owners and key collection. Location was amazing waking up at 5:30 to watch the most beautiful sunrise over the ocean. The central location to everything will definitely be visiting again.

Great view, great location. Positive: The location was amazing and the apartment was really large. Great showers and beds. Lots of instructions to help with check in. Negative: Very little, but the couch was a bit old (minor issue) and the check in process was a little painful having to get the key from a different locations. But again, this is pretty minor.

Positive: Location and the style of apartment Cleanliness and given all toiletries and cleaning products in the apartment

Caution advised Positive: The view was good, as was the location Negative: Not receiving our full deposit refund because the vendor falsely stated a mark on the sofa was not there before our checking. They took $150 from our deposit for damage we did not cause. The photo they provided of the sofa before our stay may have been taken days, weeks or months beforehand (the time on the photo does not even match the wall clock in the photo, by several hours). The balcony lock was broken (fortunately I took a photo and notified the vendor before they charged me for that), the carpet at the entrance door was curled up (a trip hazard), the clock didn't work and there was no cover on the duvet. Instructions on how to get the keys to the property was very poor, and not at the property location. I'll never stay at a property owned by this vendor again.
