Not good Positive: ? Negative: Started from where we had to collect the key, from… a key safe attached to a random fence in an unsafe area next a homeless persons bed! Bed Linen didn’t fit Beds properly and towels should have been thrown out 100 washes ago! Very disappointing for the cost! Train noise a street noise

It should be clearer when booking through a third party. Otherwise it was a great stay. Positive: Good location-close walking distance to south bank Negative: I didn’t know when booking that I wasn’t booking through the building facility itself-this wasn’t stated on booking.com. Therefore I was unaware of the check in process prior to booking and we were unable to leave luggage at reception as this was only for guests booking through them.

Positive: It was fine Negative: The key collection. Very confusing and needs to be more clear when booking it is at Brisbane casino tower. An address was only given and I was extremely confused. I told them I would pay deposit at reception to which they said “i would highly advise to pay online.” They should have explained. It is independently owned if you do not pay online you will not get key collection instructions
