Fantastic and easy

Nice view! Positive: The location and view from the apartment is amazing. It is close to the CBD, public transport and most spots. Negative: The checking process was very bad. The key locker is behind a door, that can only be accessed with an existing card, which means one has to sneak in behind someone, which makes one feel like a criminal. The number to the lock was not given to us beforehand and we had to call the owner (or a company). This is completely unacceptable, considering someone may arrive with an esim from overseas with no phone number. The entire process took 30 minutes. For a two-bedroom apartment (2 queen size beds) we were only given one key card, which is unacceptable, considering that the key card is needed to enter: elevator, gym, pool, etc.

Relaxing and calming in a nice safe way. Positive: Clean tidy safe security Negative: Nothing. It was amazing

AVOID. ITS A SCAM. Positive: Wasn’t able to check in. Unknown random demanded additional payment in cash or via unverified link in message - after adding demands after paying in full via bk com. (No returns - my first ever but done on basis of bk com reputation) BIG mistake HUGE. Never again. Negative: It’s clearly a scam preying on tourists. Photos are not representative of condition of property. Noting they were demanding payment outside of bk conditions. Hopeless comms. See txt message and bk com advice.

Great Location Positive: the area was perfect for what we needed Negative: the property was in great location for what our family needed, walking distance to everything. it was comfortable, though can do with upgrade new carpet and paint job, also complimentary milk, sugar and tea.
